The Midas Touch is now in the poptropica store! It’s a store item that lets you “turn yourself and other poptropicans to gold”… however, when I tried it, it didn’t work. Might work for you…. IDK. The reason I bought it was because I clicked the “Get it” button on the left, which was for members, and I figured it wouldn’t let me buy it. But of course, I got it by pressing that button, even though I’m not a member, and I bought it with my credits… I have a lot to complain about, don’t I? xD Well, anyway, here’s the picture of it:
There’s also a trailer on Reality TV! I guess the creators are close to finishing it!

There’s a new Honey Nut Cheerios: Honey Defender advertisement out in the streets of Poptropica! It’s for all ages (GASP!) and is on every island (GASP AGAIN!). This ad is all about the game– what it’s about, a commercial for it, and even a quiz game. The highlight of this advertisement is the new awesome costume:

Yesh, this is shocking. Some of you might be jumping for happiness and calling your mom over so you can use her credit card (not me, unfortunately), or be steaming with anger and yelling at the Creators, or you might be just like “IDC”. I’m sort of angry, but hey, the Creators do need money, and they’ll probably use the money to help improve Poptropica (or buying new cars. )

So… pretend membership doesn’t exist, and poptropica is just the same for you. (If you don’t have membership.) It’s going to be completely optional, and it’s not like islands will be later to release, it’s just that people with the membership just get it earlier.

Hades, (no, not the god himself, I’m talking about the Creator, silly. ) posted this sneak peek of Mythology Island!
I don’t think anyone wants to pay to meet the minotaur. O_o If you don’t know what a minotaur is, it’s a monster that has a head of a bull, and the body of a man. (Creepy, right?) I think the minotaur had something to do with Theseus and the Labyrinth myth… *googles* YUP! It is.

New Characters, New Island!
Can you guess what this new island will be about?
Notice the picture shows Hades, who was in another post. My guess is that the island has to do with Greek Mythology. Interesting!

As a hermit I try to avoid meeting people but sometimes it’s hard to find a place to be alone. When I reached this island in the middle of the ocean, I figured I was the only person around for miles. I soon realized this place is full of some of the craziest people I’ve ever seen! Why would anyone run around with a jar of water on their head? It seems dangerous, especially when there’s an angry boar out to get you. I’m going to monitor the situation and see what I can find out.
O_o I have nothing to say here…

You’ll never believe what I saw on my adventures recently. A real fountain in the shape of a fish! Have I ever told you how much I love fish? I think I will like this new island a lot!
